I am very disappointed in my last dental visit. Dr. Whoo made me feel so bad about my teeth I felt extremely humiliated and embarrassed after this appointment. I was there for a dental cleaning. She came in while I had my mouth open very briefly saying hi (obviously I can’t say hello with mouth open) sitting on her chair looking at the chart and right away going “ well looks like you’re not flossing “ in a very condescending way. I was a bit taken back that someone talked to be in that way. I told her no I do, so she kind of rudely asked me if I’m drinking coffee what I put in there etc which is okay but the way her whole attitude towards me was felt like she was scolding me like I am a child which I really didn’t appreciate. I don’t think my teeth are flawless but she made it sound like I’m about to lose my teeth. She then started looking at my teeth reading codes to the dental assistant and going “ omg this is bad, wow it gets worse, it’s worse than I thought “ Sorry but this is very unprofessional to do and say in front of a patient. I never experienced this in my life, I felt so embarrassed and humiliated. I wanted to start crying. I have a thick skin and can take direct feedba

My experience was great from the reception to thr dentist. Dr Vu was so thorough at explaining things to me. They were training a new dental assistant while I was having my teeth cleaned. The atmosphere was.so relaxed and respectful. My first time.in the office and am so glad I switched!

The dentist and staff were absolutely amazing. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental visits, and they were so kind, patient, and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. I truly appreciate their compassion and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Dr Chen and crew have been absolutely stellar. I arrived back from overseas with an infected failed root canal/crown and within four days was getting an extraction and bone graft done - pain free no less. The vibe in the office is great. People are efficient and happy. What else can I say? It's been a great experience.
